Les Miserables

I am happy! A few days ago my siser emily,my sister alisha, and i tried out for Les Miserables at Pioneer Theater at the University of Utah in Salt Lake City. It was so fun! The people their were very nice. They had you go in and sing a song called castle on a cloud. MY sisters and I all tried out too. Our parents told us we were not going to make it in but it would be a fun experience for all of us. After the audition they called my mom in to talk to the people in charge of Les Miserables and a few minutes later she came out and told us we made it to the callbacks (wich is like a second audition.) We all made the callbacks and we were all excited! As the days went by our parents kept telling us it was not very likely we will make it. I was very sad and I hoped and wished that I could be in Les Miserables. A few days leter we got a phone call. And a few minutes after the phone call my mom and dad told us that ALL OF US MADE IT! I was so excited when I found out! i pretty much called everyone i know, and told them the news. Even though it is a huge privelage to be in Les Miserables it is also a huge sacrafice! When rehersals start in march it will be strait from school to rehersals. We will do our homework there and spend a lot of time waiting around. But when shows start it will be a lot worse. everyday we will be picked up from school and go get ready for a school and stay till 12:00 or later and then go to school the next day. Wendsday and Saturday are mattene days. So we will do two shows that day and get picked up early from school. Well I will tell you what it is like when the shows start. I hope you come and see me!
